جلسات سال 2010 کمیته ششم (حقوقی) مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد

همه ساله همزمان با نشست سالانه مجمع عمومی کمیته ششم این رکن سازمان ملل متحد که متولی مسایل حقوقی می باشد نیز تشکیل جلسه می دهد و در آن نمایندگان دولتها آخرین تحولات حقوق بین الملل را مورد بحث و بررسی قرار می دهند.

در جریان نشست امسال مقرر گردیده است که از جمله آخرین گزارش فعالیتها و دستاوردهای کمیسیون حقوق بین الملل - مساله چگونگی اجرای تعهدات بین المللی دولتها در حقوق ملی و صلاحیت جهانی مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گیرد. همچنین آینده پیش نویس های کمیسیون حقوق بین الملل راجع به مسئولیت دولتها و حمایت دیپلماتیک نیز در این نشست مورد بحث و بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. در این خصوص موضوع این است که آیا این پیش نویس ها می بایست به یک معاهده بین المللی درآیند و یا اینکه تنها کافی است مجمع عمومی در قالب اعلامیه ای آنها را به تصویب رساند؟
